Install Flash
1. Quit your browser.
2. Double-click the Flash Installer icon. Follow the instructions that appear on the screen.
3. Relaunch your browser.
Troubleshooting
1. Make sure you have only one copy of your browser installed and that the copy you installed Flash into is the same copy you are using to browse the web.
2. If you are running a 16-bit version of your browser with Windows 95, you will receive an error stating "Could not load plug-in". This is common with subscribers of America Online and Compuserve. Download the Windows 3.1 version of Shockwave
